Our client is an international logistics company opens a position Country Manager

Обязанности:

S/he will be included in Global Performance Management and Short Term Incentive Systems. He/she is responsible for the development of the business expansion strategy for the medium and long
term; Negotiate and analyze strategic partnerships for the country's operation; Evaluate customer metrics and results, making decisions about maintaining or retreating in Biddings; Establish assertive communication between the business areas of the entire company; Responsible for strategic planning, economic and financial budget of operations, managing and ensuring
that the Budget is met; Monitor the implementation and applicability of organizational policies, processes and procedures; Exercise effective leadership, establish goals and performance evaluations, act as team coach; Direct high leadership in favor of seeking alternatives that can mitigate business risks and maximize
profits; Actively participate in Executive Team meetings to share ideas, evaluate options and establish policies
and ensure that they are met by all; Establish and strengthen relationship with customers and business partners, with the objective of
maintaining solid relationships with customers; Ensure the updating of the portfolio of services, technological updating, and new market-oriented
practices; Organization: Maintain a workplace properly organized for better structuring and quality in the activities
performed; Procedures: Comply with the standards and procedures of the Quality Management System, Work Safety
and Environment, Health, and all other policies of the company, especially those of P&C. Требования: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management Processes, Administration, Account
similar; At least years' experience in the role Fluency in English Familiarity with the main IT supports and knowledge of the MS Office package Excellent leadership and team management skills Skills in planning and organization respecting priorities and deadlines Attitude to problem solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic vision
