Maintain customer service at all times
Visitor badge management, issue visits badges for guests and visitors
Coordinate with building receptionist, in case there are large groups of visitors to provide access
Ensure visitors are inducted into the site in compliance with health, safety and security systems and procedures.
Ensure relevant employee is notified of visitor arrival
Provision of core support for visitors: to provide chargers, adaptors, jump leads, Sim card, commute options, Information on hotels / restaurants /taxi/ ad hoc services
3 Telephone calls
Ensure telephone is answered promptly and in clear, professional and friendly manner
Be helpful to ensure the caller receives the required support
Transfer to appropriate point of contact on site in a timely fashion
4 Courier services
Ensure daily courier service is maintained (ensuring appropriate tracking mechanisms) Keep reception free of incoming/outgoing shipments
5 Meeting rooms:
Meeting room allocation and handling
Ensure meeting rooms reserved for scheduled meeting, catering duly notified
