Sales Operations Manager - Moscow


Amd Telecom, the global Sms & Voice connectivity provider launched the new brand Routee, a Web & Api cloud communication solution, aiming to expand and simplify communication capabilities between people, applications, corporations and machines. The means to achieve such goals are through its provided products; Text (Sms) & Voice Messaging, Text to Speech, Email Messaging, Two Factor Authentication, Number Lookup, Number Validation and various plugins.
Our global clients are revolutionaries, pioneers & some all-stars blue-chip companies, financial institutions, fashion icon stores & international retail chains.
Due to continued growth of our company, we are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional to join our international team. The following position will be located in Moscow:
Sales Operations Manager- Moscow
Objective/Job Purpose: Directs Sales Executives and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by reps
  • Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
  • Managing sales representative compensation plans and incentives
  • Defining sales territories
  • Managing technical tools and platforms, including Crms, often in collaboration with It
  • Training staff in products, market, and processes for sales excellence
  • Developing “go to market” models for products and campaigns
  • Increasing reps' efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management
  • Hiring and onboarding employees and mentoring current ones
  • Defining and refining structured sales processes for efficiency
  • Defining sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins
  • Playing a key role in sales and operations planning, a process where executives continuously align diverse functions in an organization
  • Interpreting analytics and research for the company’s understanding
  • Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy and “hit the numbers”
  • Having a sales ops department as a “center of excellence,” operating at the forefront of strategic leadership and decision making
Job Requirements:
  • 5 years of successful experience in Sales Manager or/end Sales Operations Manager position in large Enterprise Technology sales
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills and analytical capabilities
  • Dynamic personality with leadership capabilities
  • Ability recognize current trends and foreshadow trends in the future
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain office morale through motivation and reward
  • Multitasking
  • Written and verbal fluency in both English and Greek
  • Pc Literacy, extent experience in Crm software
  • Ability to travel
